It's easy and fast respond to make booking. They organise good, tour guide is perfect and friendly, vehicle is comfortable, local food is so ymmy for me :) Pu luong is a charming place, not too much tourists as Sapa Ninh Binh is beautiful countryside, boat trip and bikking are good activities Highly recommend!
