This tour was a lie. They took me to the Egyptian tower where we had to way 3 hours to enter the building. They promised two place and nothing happened. The guy who was doing the tour was not able to speak English. How can he even be a tour guide. Lord it was a waist of money!
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the delay at the Egyptian Tower, please kindly note that your visit coincided with the Eid al-Adha holiday, which is one of the busiest periods of the year. During this time, many attractions experience unusually high visitor numbers, leading to longer waiting times than usual. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We are also very sorry to hear about the issue with the tour guide’s English level. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we deeply regret that this affected your experience. Your feedback has been noted seriously, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure better communication quality in the future. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience next time. Kind regards, Customer Service Team
