We had a great experience with Kevin as our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the plants, insects, birds and animals. We saw many different frogs, an eyelash viper curled in a tree, lots of sleeping birds including toucans, a couti and porcupine. He helped our boys with taking pictures and was amazing at spotting things we would have never seen on our own. I’d highly recommend Kevin as a guide and this night tour!

An experiment to do! It’s a bit creepy at first but after a few minutes you get used to it. The guide takes us through the forest and thanks to his telescope and his lynx eyes he manages to spot animals in the dark: tarantula, snake, butterflies, sleeping birds and finally beautifully an owl 😍. Thank you for this great experience Jose!

Kevin was super attentive throughout. We booked the tour last minute. We booked the tour last minute and there was only English but Kevin knowing we spoke Spanish was watching for us to understand. You could tell his knowledge. 100% recommended and especially that you touch kevin!
We had an incredible night hike with Kevin. The wildlife encounters were exceptional — we spotted scorpions carrying their babies, a keel-billed toucan, a nine-banded armadillo, a mot-mot, and a pit viper. We also discovered fascinating insects, including a moss walking stick and a regular walking stick, alongside several frog species: the slim-fingered rain frog, the emerald tree frog, and the golden-spotted rain frog. The orange-kneed tarantula was a highlight in itself — but the most unforgettable moment of the night was witnessing a mother and baby sloth descend from their tree. Sloths only make this journey once a week to relieve themselves before climbing back up, making it an extraordinarily rare and special thing to witness.
