It’s a neat wildlife relaxing experience. It’s not really easy to hear the tour guides out there, but Joe and Mike were really nice and very helpful too. We were glad we did it.

Operator response

Thank you so much for your feedback and for joining us on the tour. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the wildlife and overall experience! We truly appreciate you mentioning the difficulty hearing the guides as well. We’ll make sure to speak a bit louder and clearer on future tours so everyone can fully enjoy and follow along. Joe and Mike will be happy to hear your kind words. We’re lucky to have them on the team. Thanks again for coming out with us, and we hope to have you back on the water again soon!

Be able to sit in kayak...

Be able to sit in kayak seats for 2+ hours. Not a complaint, just be prepared…. For the older folks. Beautiful mangrove tour. Loved it.

Operator response

Thank you so much for the kind words and for joining us! We really appreciate you pointing this out. Our tours are active experiences, so we always recommend guests come prepared for extended time on the water. That said, we’re already working on adding upgraded seat cushioning to make the ride even more comfortable for everyone, especially on our longer tours. We’re glad you enjoyed the mangroves and hope to have you back out with us again soon!

No Manatee

We went on the kayak tour on March 18th. We were hoping to see manatee. The water was way too low and there was no chance of seeing them. I just wish that we were told that up front. The guys were super nice but being transparent would have helped us with our experience.

Operator response

Hi Cathy, Thank you for joining us and for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly appreciate it. We completely understand how exciting it is to hope for a manatee sighting, and we’re sorry to hear that this part of your experience didn’t meet expectations. As a wildlife eco tour through the mangroves, all animal sightings (including manatees) are never guaranteed. Their presence can vary day to day based on natural conditions, and recently the water temperatures have been below 68°F, which often causes manatees to move to warmer areas. That said, we really appreciate your note about transparency. That’s something we take seriously, and we’ll make sure to continue improving how we communicate current wildlife conditions so guests know what to expect before heading out. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our guides—they truly care about creating a great experience for everyone. We hope you’ll consider joining us again in the future, especially during warmer conditions when manatee sightings are more common. Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards, Watersports Now

A perfect morning

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and we learned a lot. There was a nice breeze so we did not get too hot. No manatees or dolphins due to the tide not being high enough but we saw lots of birds, shells and other creatures that live in the water. The guides were fantastic.
