2 Days 1 Night Gallipoli & Troy Tour from ıstanbul (New Museum of Troy Included)

A superb history lesson in both Gallipoli and Troy with a lovely and relaxing stay in Canakkale. Our guide, Hasan, was a book of interesting knowledge on both areas, funny, and able to answer all our questions. I couldn’t imagine doing either of these places without a guide, you’d be a bit lost. Would highly recommend.

The tour was well worthwhile - Cindy the guide on both the Gallipoli and Troy tours was excellent. We stayed the night at Canakkale in an excellent 3 star hotel. We visited the Troy Museum in the morning of the second day - this is a well worthwhile option in the morning with the tour of the Troy site in the afternoon. It should be noted that the tour does not actually commence until reaching Crowded House office near Gallipoli - a four hour drive from Istanbul . Although there was what we thought was a tour guide from Istanbul on the 12 seater bus he spoke little English. Apparently a printed card outlining the arrangements plus advising of refreshment stops along the way was not on our bus . Still a great tour and a great memory

Ebrahim was an amazing tour guide for the 2 days doing the Gallipoli and Troy tour. Everything was well organized and value for money. One thing that is a concern is the speed that the drivers all drive. The drive from Istanbul to Ecebat was driving at about 130km/hr. The driver from Cannakale to Troy we had to ask to slow down as multiple people were concerned. Then the driver in Van 187 drove us back to Istanbul up to speeds of 132km:hr and swerved at this speed. This is not factoring in the safety of the people on the tour and is extremely scary. Please tell your drivers to slow down! There will be a very bad accident one day if they don’t drive at the correct speeds.

We had the best time! We couldn’t recommend the tour and this company more and will be telling all our friends about it! Our driver Tom was outstanding and our guide Ibrahim made the history come to life! We had a brilliant time - thank you!

This trip was epic! Our guide Cindy was amazing and very knowledgeable. This was a bucket list trip we’ve wanted to do for years and it was perfect! Especially loved that it was a small group ❤️

A wonderful Tour from Istanbul to Gallipoli and Troy staying overnight in Cannakkale. Professionally run, good food and great accomodation. Whilst I enjoyed the whole tour, the absolute highlight for me was Gallipoli with Burak, his knowledge, sensitivity and group management skills were fantastic. The passion and flare he added to the tour really enriched the experience and lent depth to such a sombre, sensitive snd emotional place and period in history. As an Aussie with family assoociations to Gallipoli it was an important pilgrimage for me and I am grateful for having this opportunity.

We had an excellent experience with Crowded House tours doing a tailored version of the Gallipoli and Troy tour, adding in a local winery. They even made changes along the way to ensure we got back to Istanbul in time for an unexpected appointment. The tour was absolute quality, from pick up, ferry crossing, touring and the wealth of information provided by Hassan. He really enhanced our understanding of the battles fought along the Dardenelles and the Gallipoli campaign. His in depth information about Troy also meant that we got a lot more out of visiting the ancient site and understood all the layers of civilisation represented by the ruins. Would 100% recommend.

Burak the guide was hilarious and very knowledgeable and passionate about the ANZAC history. Highly recommend! He also went out of his way to revisit a site after a friend of mine said they had relatives in one of the cemetery’s we had visit he allowed me to go back to get photos for them back in Australia!

I traveled with my family, but I was under a different booking as I was a solo traveler. Well organize, friendly guides.. The one night accommodation was a nice hotel in the central of town. They gave us a lot of time at the Troy Museum, more than we needed. Nice, comfortable, clean mini bus.
