This was a memorable trip of a lifetime! The canyon was spectacular, desolate, unspoiled natural beauty. Being from the US we wanted to use a guiding service, even though we are experienced. The second we met Alfredo, our guide, all of our worries were wiped away. He was very professional and communicative before hand. He speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humor. On the way to the area he educated us on the history, politics, natural resources, and way of living in Mexico. Once we arrived in the town, it was evident the community respects him. It was immediately obvious he is passionate about the environment and the entire time utilized minimum impact practices, and followed all the rules. He was competent and safe in the canyon, provided good equipment, and was always looking out for our safety while having fun. We even picked up some new tricks from him. In the canyon we saw abundant frogs, tadpoles, butterflies, flowers, and birds. We went in April and there was still a lot of swimming and water even though it is the dry season. Alfredo took this trip from great to spectacular and we can’t recommend this trip enough!

We visited the Infiernillo Canyon, my 3 children (17, 14 and 11 years old) and I. My daughter and my son, the youngest, had never rappelled, my eldest son only twice and I had been rappelling for many years. Alfredo from Denali was our guide, he is an expert in canyoning, we always felt safe and he also motivated us to move forward without stopping to enjoy. The equipment we use is in very good condition. The views are spectacular inside the canyon. There were 8 descents and in some you can choose to jump vs. rapping It was an individual and family challenge that we enjoyed very much and that we will never forget. Highly recommended if you like adventure.
What an amazing adventure. Our guide, Alfredo, was an absolute professional. His number one priority, our safety. After our training session, we felt extremely confident in his expertise and experience. Being first timers, it was challenging but very do-able and we had the time of our lives. I highly recommend Aventuras Denali. You will not regret it. A bucket list item that I would do again. Thank you, Aventura Denali, for caring for my family's safety and enjoyment.
It was me and my cousin, both experienced in climbing and canyonism. The tour has plenty of rappels and fun jumps. The water temperature is cold but worth it. The professionalism and experience of Alfredo, our guide, is incomparable from the best we have had. The views and landscapes of Hell Canyon are beautiful. The tour is highly recommended, we will definitely do it again.
It was amazing the experience, they are very professional. I loved everything, it’s the second time I’ve done the activity and I would repeat it again.
It's the second time I've gone with them to the canyon and it's amazing! Super professionals!! See you next year 🤟☺️
Everything was amazing! They are always extremely professional and with the best attitude. Thanks for the experience 🥳
The canyon was excellent, not too difficult. Other than the canyon, other stand outs were the lunch post canyon, introducing us to local foods in the morning and taking us a fantastic Pallette place. The guide was knowledge and led us through the canyon without any issues.
It was why they told me that I was certified to do the tour, and it was really a terrible experience with the guide Alfredo 😔 zero empathy and no patience with the group, I had to pull when we were practicing a descent and on the tour, there was a very slippery descent and I hit very hard on the knees and late in releasing the rope when I was already down and he kept hurrying and despaired and I pulled the rope very hard that stuck in my head, how good I wore helmet, with another non-empathetic boy hurrying it being that the boy panicked and instead of talking to him well or saying things to lose his fear, I just hurried him and told him that if he did not hurry he would release it, in short, I do not recommend them at all since an experience that was supposed to be incredible was not because of his lack of empathy of the guide Alfredo 😔
