Drake was our tour guide and he was absolutely wonderful! Its a long drive from Hanoi but you get a few rest stops and lunch along the way each day. The waterfalls are stunning and the cave was incredible. Wear good shoes. Overnight stay was simple but clean and good food. Absolutely recommend if you have the time.
The two-day trip was great! Each stop is memorable. Two days have been so fun, I forgot my feet are tired. You are a wonderful tour guide! The guide's explanation is lively and interesting - thank you, we learned a lot. Our guide even taught us how to pose and take photos, and obviously she has a part-time photography coach. Thank you very much! The next time I go to Vietnam, I would love to join you again – definitely worth it. Great experience from start to finish. The driver is unfamiliar with the road, is the only shortcoming of the US.

Overall this was a wonderful trip and amazing to see Sapa. The hotel was wonderful and our tour guide and connections were clear. I have to call out Sandy for her exceptional work. Throughout she was helpful and reassuring and then went above and beyond to get a lost item returned to me. She is a genuine asset to this company!
We had the best time with Vinh in two days of private Ha Long Bay and Yen Tu tours. Vihn is an expert tour guide and organizer. It was so incredibly easy to set things up and the tours were beyond our expectations. We had our own boat in Ha Long Bay away from any crowds and Vinh accompanied up everywhere. He is speaks fluent English and he is warm, attentive, accommodating and as a bonus an expert photographer! We could not recommend him more. If you are coming to Ha Long Bay/Hanoi, Vinh is your best choice.
