Join us for two of Tasmania's best tourist attractions - The natural beauty of Bruny Island and the Historic Port Arthur penal colony. Day 1: Bruny Island - Arguably Tasmania's best day trip! This magical Island has a little piece of everything Tasmania has: World-class beaches, rugged coastline and native wildlife matched with the finest local produce from the ocean and the land - a tour you do not want to miss! You will see firsthand why Bruny Island is fast becoming one of Tasmania’s most popular tourist destinations. The bus departs Hobart at 7:30 AM and returns at 5:30 PM. Day 2: The Port Arthur tour is a direct, 8 hour tour from Hobart to the Tasman Peninsula and Historic Site. You will have 4 hours to explore the rich colonial history at Port Arthur. Explore the sights of the Tasman Peninsula: Eaglehawk Neck's Pirates Bay lookout, Dog Line Monument, Tasmanian Chocolate Foundry, Lavender Farm and Remarkable Cave. Departs Hobart at 9:30 AM.

Grey was a brilliant tour leader. He knew the areas intimately and brought real colour to the trip. Even when it rained in Cradle Mountain we took a lot from the walks. Wine Glass Bay was just stunning.

I had an amazing day trip to Bruny Island, and the breathtaking scenery, especially under the bright, sunny sky, truly captivated me! The delicious food at Hotel Bruny made lunch a delightful experience. I especially loved strolling through the temperate rainforest, where we even spotted some Pademelons!

The schedule is quite packed and does not offer enough time to explore deeper. But it’s acceptable due to the time constraints of a day tour.
