2 Day Tanzania Budget Safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro

100% recommendable! It was my first safari, and I was traveling alone, which naturally raised many questions that were answered directly within 5 minutes. After the first contact with the agency, I was immediately sent different offers with various prices and accommodations, and all my questions and comments were answered kindly. The safari was super organized, from the start in Zanzibar to the Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, including meals and accommodation for a very good and fair price, without any problems. It was my first but certainly not my last safari; thanks to the team at Vision Safari Tours for their support and warmth, especially a special thanks to Glad and Rehma who made this trip extra special! "If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would! We booked a combined package that started with climbing the Machame Route on Mount Kilimanjaro and ended with an incredible wildlife safari through the Northern Circuit out of Arusha. The Kilimanjaro trek was mentally and physically demanding, but the crew made us feel like family from day one. Our guides were absolute professionals—monitoring our health daily, setting a perfect pole pole (slow) pace, and keeping our spirits high with local Swahili songs on summit night. Reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was a life-changing moment that we couldn't have achieved without their expertise, encouragement, and the amazing food whipped up by the camp chef. After descending, we transitioned seamlessly into our safari based out of Arusha. The town itself was the perfect, vibrant starting hub. Our safari guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, pointing out everything from the unique tree-climbing lions in Lake Manyara to massive elephant families in Tarangire. We traveled in a spotless, spacious 4x4 safari jeep with a pop-up roof that made wildlife photography an absolute joy. The accommodations selected for us—ranging from luxury tented camps to stunning lodges—offered world-class hospitality, great food, and much-needed hot showers.

As a solo traveler, I highly recommend Vision Safari! As I researched and made inquiries to various companies before my trip, I found Vision to be very responsive, kind, and thorough. They offer a 2-day safari which is affordable, accommodating, and gives travelers a comprehensive and satisfying experience. I truly enjoyed every aspect of this safari, but will name a few things that may help those who may read this review: - I always felt safe. Transportation was prearranged, flexible, and prompt. - Communication was great from inquiry to finale. - Lodging had food available on site. Lunch and drinks were provided. Special arrangements can be made for early breakfast to go. - I joined a tour vehicle with other global travelers and a wonderful driver/guide which made for shared joy and laughter. - We experienced two incredible days in the wild, with close views of lions, elephants, zebras, water buffalo, migrating wildebeest, and a fascination diversity of other animals! - Our driver Silas always made us feel like we were his top priority, knew where to find the best views, but also respected the wellbeing of the animals which I believe is crucial to an experience like this. Me and my wife booked a two-day group safari starting and ending in Zanzibar for Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater. Communication was very quick and professional right from the start. Offers are sent by email both as an attachment and as a link, are clearly numbered and can be flexibly adapted. Vision Safari took care of all the planning and organisation of the safari. The price was good and the payment terms were also very moderate. Everything went great on site. We received our flight tickets and all other information about transfers etc. in good time before the safari. The safari itself was very nice. We were able to see pretty much all the animals that were living in the parks. The accommodation was also good for one night and the food was very good. All transfers were on time, nice and courteous. Many thanks again to Shebbie for the organization and the personal transfer to the airport.

The trip was amazing and the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The lodges we stayed at were also very comfortable I loved the food. My family and I felt taken care of and in good hands. The only thing we wished for was another trip with the same guides.
