It was probably one of the best tours we have ever taken. Our tour guide, Emanuel Tapia, was the most considerate person we have ever spent time with on a tour. He comes so prepared for any situation, including cold water, suntan lotion, bug spray, cold clothes, etc. Plus he paced the tour according to our abilities, and he knows almost everyone at both sides of the Falls and can expedite access to trains and walkways. He took wonderful pictures of us so that we could enjoy our vacation rather than focus on capturing it ourselves. We were both so impressed with the drivers as well. We felt very special throughout the tour. Every step of the way someone was waiting for us. The only poor experience were the delayed flights to and from the Falls, but that couldn’t be controlled because of bad weather.
Flight change three times then change to next day ended up paying out the my packet for new tickets different air line totalling a mount $ 1100.00 usd the right ting to do is to re inverse me the money I spend to book the flight
Hi Romualdo. We understand that you may be upset with what happened. Our point of view is different. Booking a tour which involves flights always involves risks: rescheduled or canceled flights for different reasons (weather, technical failures, pilot strikes, staff strikes, etc.). As a tour agency we organize a trip that includes drivers, vehicles, tour guides, and fight tickets. We buy the flight tickets on behalf of our passengers, and they are the ones who must face these risks. We have no control over the airlines and all possible contingencies that arise with the flights. And we cannot bear the cost of having to buy new tickets. Furthermore, we offered, for an additional cost, to buy tickets that cost half of what you paid, you did not accept the proposal and ended up buying tickets that cost twice as much... In short, we regret the bad experience with the return flight, I hope that did not overshadow the great service you received from all the drivers and the private guide in Iguazu.
