We travelled to Vietnam on January 2025. Everything was organized tailor made for our family by Authentic adventures travel agency Vietnam. I can recommend their services to everyone visit Vietnam. The service is 100% reliable, they really look for the client needs. We enjoyed 13 day in Vietnam. Everything was perfect and well organized.
We choose Authentic on the basic of previous reviews. As a family of four seeking high-end accommodation and private tours in six different locations prior to our departure we wondered whether this company was appropriate; they appeared to specialize in backpackers thickets, tours, and rooms. Authentic's delivered in every respect. Not only was their package perfect-hotels, tours, trips,... but moreover their pricing shot both local and British competitors our of the water. Without hesitation we would recommend Tran (our contact in Authentic) for any family considering a trip throughout Vietnam.

Beautiful trip! 2 weeks very varied, and well organized. The tour was perfect, over 2 weeks we could see the north, Hue, Hoi An, HCMC, the Mekong Delta, and close with 3 days of beach. The guides were fantastic, the accommodations also varies and perfect, the things to do interesting. Thank you Tran and Han for organizing our tour, and thank you for being available to answer our questions throughout the tour!
