Dear Kiwoito Africa Safaris Team, We had an absolutely incredible 10-day safari in Tanzania with Kiwoito Africa Safaris, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making it so memorable. The itinerary was perfectly designed – each day brought new wonders, from the baobab forests of Tarangire to the endless plains of the Serengeti and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. The pace felt just right, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the wild without feeling rushed. Our accommodations were outstanding. Every lodge, from Legendary Lodge to Tarangire Kuro Treetops Lodge, Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge, and Serengeti Explorer, offered exceptional comfort, incredible views, and warm hospitality. The food was equally impressive – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented, even in the heart of the bush. Above all, we want to express our sincere appreciation to our guide, Deo. His professionalism and deep knowledge of wildlife and the ecosystem brought the savannah to life for us. He had an extraordinary ability to spot animals we would have surely missed, and his explanations were always fascinating and easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, his warmth and kindness made the journey even more special. He was incredibly attentive and caring toward my 9-year-old son, Kevin, patiently answering all his questions, sharing stories, and making sure he felt comfortable and engaged throughout. Kevin now says he wants to be a guide when he grows up – that is the kind of impact Deo had. A quick tip for other families: The morning game drives can be quite chilly, so be sure to pack warm layers for the kids – gloves and fleece jackets were lifesavers for us. Also, don't miss the bush breakfast if your guide offers it – it was a magical experience for both of us, watching the sunrise over the savannah while enjoying a delicious meal.
