the written program at the time of booking has been changed. At the time I asked him to send me the tour variation the answer was that he would tell me what we were doing the night before and that was the whole trip. One evening I had to send the message because I knew nothing about the next day's program. The worst part is that all 10 days of the tour I had 12 different guides and every day I was with new people compared to the previous day. In the few trips I have made with guides I have always had a companion from the first to the last day. This cannot be defined as a tour operator or organized travel agency. I'm very disappointed.

Even so, our team still contacted you directly to provide full consultation, detailed itinerary, and all necessary support. Every day, our staff sent you messages to inform you of the plan for the following day and closely followed your entire journey. The only itinerary adjustment was visiting Ha Long Bay before Mai Chau, due to cruise availability, which was necessary to ensure your trip could continue smoothly. - Secondly, as your booking was a shared (group) tour, it is completely normal that daily sightseeing activities are combined with different groups. This is the standard operation of shared tours in Vietnam. It is not possible to keep the exact same group members throughout the entire journey, as each traveler has a different schedule and destination plan. We sincerely hope for your understanding regarding this matter. _ Moreover, we also did gifts show tickets and upgarde room for free charge at hotels availabe for you too We truly apologize if your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly clarify that our team did our very best and followed all confirmed arrangements properly. The best tour we have ever taken. We did the private tour and we got out money’s worth. We opted for the 5 star hotels and they were amazing and comfortable. The hotels came with buffet breakfasts. The driver Phu was very safe. The guide Bách was informative and had a great sense of humor. Bach selected most of the lunch sites and tried new types of Vietnamese foods. We appreciated the flexibility of how much time we wanted to stay at the sites and to check out some areas. The tour took so much of the hassle of planning a trip by myself that I could totally relax and fully enjoy the trip. We hope to come back to Vietnam again and definitely book with Authentic Adventures Vietnam.

Wonderful experience with Authentic adventures Vietnam, agency in Hanoi. Team is totally professional and fantastic hospitality. My family trip was amazing with the help pf Tran and Han from Authentic team, who managed everything for my family convenience either Indian vegetarian food, cars, sigh seeing etc. it was not an easy task to take care of your tour in 4 cities with all 10 days different activities where all family members have different choices.
