Trust in the conductors is great. I felt very comfortable and calm. The quiet nature of the two, has fully transferred to me. The sounds are calming
Fantastic solo session. Felt the vibrations from head to toe… literally. Big release on my ride side (mostly my right ankle which is recovering from a serious injury. And also my right elbow) Back on Sunday, very happy to hear it runs 3 times a week and very reasonably priced. Organisers are so friendly and welcoming. Lots of questions answered and very talented. Totally recommend this to anyone 😀
