1-Hour Bonaventure Cemetery Golf Cart Guided Tour in Savannah

Unfortunately this tour was cancelled due to storms. We never got a refund. The tour company canceled so we should have gotten a refund. I have done the tour before and it is great.

Great guide, very informative, beautiful cemetery. Interesting to see how people were buried and honored so long ago. Remarkable looking statues and grave markers.

Wonderful! Our guide was knowledgeable and provided an enjoyable tour. It was very hot the day we went so we were thankful we’d opted for the golf cart tour rather than the walking tour. At the end we were left wanting to know even more about the history behind all of the memorials and the lives of the people remembered there. Prior to our tour we didn’t realize just how big the cemetery is, so big it’s not possible to cover everything in one tour. Thank you for a great introduction to Bonaventure!

Rich was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. This is the way to visit the cemetery- you learn so much and get to see a good amount in a short period of time. If you’re visiting in the summer this is definitely the move - all the people who were walking looked miserable. And it’s so much better learning the details of the graves and the stories of the people who were laid to rest in this beautiful place. Absolutely recommend!!!!

Our guide was amazing. The cemetery was so rich with history and the gardens were so well kept. I loved seeing all the graves and learning about the loved ones buried there. Our guide had so many stories about the grave sites and the history of Savannah. If I ever get back to Georgia again I will definitely come back.
