You will embark on a scenic 5-hour drive to the park, passing through charming villages and the Uluguru Mountains. Upon arrival around 9:30 AM, you will begin an exciting game drive, exploring Mikumi’s diverse landscapes and spotting a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, wildebeests, hippos, and numerous bird species. Around midday, you will take a break for a packed bush lunch at a designated picnic site inside the park, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
