Unfortunately, I found the tour guide to be quite unfriendly and unapproachable. A more welcoming and engaging attitude would really go a long way in making guests feel comfortable and valued.
Fabulous guide Nick who told us so much about Prague. Had great fun on the trike. Thank you. Great experience.
Thank you Diane! See you again in Prague, Budapest, Barcelona and Lisbon, in offices of Euro Segway ;)
We had a great experience with our tour guide Randell. It was very informative and entertaining. Got some restaurant tips as well and insights into living in Prague and the characteristics of the city. On the tour we had plenty of opportunities to take pictures or let them be taken by Randell. Driving with the electric trikes is a great pleasure. A trainig and test ride was done in advance of the tour to get a feeling of this alternative way of moving. Overall very worth if you like new experiences and want to have awesome views over the city and learn about it. Thank you Randell for this amazing time.
LOVED THIS! What a great way to introduce yourself to a new city. Super fun to ride and you have a semi private tour with a really knowledgeable tour guide. Alan was professional and a great teacher and we saw many, many sights of Budapest. Definitely recommend!
It was a good trip around and it was good fun on the E-Bike and Scooter, upgraded from segways due to restrictions in Prague. We got to see the big sights with an informative and entertaining guide, Sebastian!
Lovely fun way to see Prague. Knowledgeable tour guides , and we got to see parts of Prague off the tourist trail. The Monastery Brewery beer was amazing.
Thank you for the Tour with Argen. It was exciting and interesting for us. We recommend it and will do it in other cities too.
It was a great tour with nice views of Prague. The tour guide, Lisa, gave us great recommendations for things to do during the rest of our trip.
We had a terrible experience , There were no segways, although we ordered in a specific time in advance. The guide tried to offer us a much more expensive tour on a scooter and expected us to pay the difference. My recommendation is to avoid Euro segway prague
This is a guest lie. The customer does not read the tour description of the tour on the web (even did not pay in advance). On arrival I did explain that the segways are not allowed in the Downtown of Prague since 2017, as it was written on the our web page. Segway tours we do out of the downtown, in the area behind the Castle and its a fun ride, not a historical tour. Alternatively, we offered another tour on eScooters, covering the Best viewpoints of Prague. Definitely, this tour costs more as another product, even, we offered a good discount. So the customer had a choice, go on segways as ordered or another tour. But... seems that mental process in the head was stopped as "processor overloaded" and the guest did not find a better way out than to leave a desecrating review in order to assert himself.
We ordered the Segway tour, but after being informed that it is unsafe because of icy roads, we took the choice of upgrading to eScooter tour with no extra charge. We were skeptical at first since we came prepared for a Segway experience, but it ended up being a really fun vehicle. Our fantastic guide, Tippy, showed us plenty of interesting spots around the city while riding in a massive electric tricycle on streets or dirt roads. We ended the tour with great beer in a monastery sharing a drink with Tippy. I recommend, but note that it's probably even better in the spring or summer
