This tour was truly exceptional. Merganser were great to work with and very flexible to meet all our desired interests, making a brisk schedule in a short amount of time (by my choice). The small group, personal tour was a fantastic price for what we received. Little did I know how excellent our tour guide Sampath would be. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything Sri Lanka had to offer with humor, deep knowledge, and very fluent English skills. Sampath was so passionate about sharing his country’s beauty- natural, cultural, and culinary. His car was spotless and comfortable, and his driving was superb in the hectic streets. I would recommend Merganser to anyone coming to Sri Lanka, and especially our guide Sampath. Without exaggeration, this was the best tour I’ve ever taken with the best tour guide!
