06 Days, 05 Nights Safari To Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti And Ngorongoro

We went for a 4 day safari with David, the guide, and Paul, the cook. Both were super nice, all the trip was great

The team is very professional and friendly, highly responsive and flexible to what we were looking for. The have one of the best drivers which can make a huge difference on the safari experience you may have. We definitely recommend to book with them, as we had been referring to all of our friends planning to visit Tanzania and Kenya.

We arrived to Arusha without booking in advance, and started to look around for an agency. Arusha is not very friendly and there a *lot* of bums nagging you on the streets, and only a few agencies in the center so in back respect -- for majority of travelers - better book in advance. We met Greg (the owner) by accident in a coffee shop, he made a very good impression, and after some price negotiation we booked a private safari for the next day. The price was very competitive (in the lower-medium price range), the Migombani camp is amazing, the public camps are all the same and very basic (don't believe if someone tells you they take you to a better public camp). The car was not new, but without any mechanical problems, and we were driving the entire time. The most important part for us turned out to be the guide - Anwar was extremely knowledgeble about the animals and the country, he was constantly in touch on the radio with other drivers, and spotted animals amazingly well. When we stopped to take photos he kept looking around and in many cases anticipated the upcoming events and took us to a better looking spot. Most other drivers were just playing with their phones. The food was delicious and the cook (Raymond) was extremely friendly. The tents we got were not in the best condition, and Greg told us he will take care of it for the future groups, so check the equipment you get before leaving. To sum up - For a good safari you want a good guide (Anwar was amazing), a car that won't break and without fuel limit (we got one indeed), and a good enough equipment so you won't get wet if it rains during the night.

Completed a 7 day Mt. Kilimanjaro Hike and 5 day Serengeti/Ngorongoro Safari and had the time of my life. The hike could not have been more organized by Greg Adventures with the most knowledgeable and supportive Guides and Support staff. We were always kept updated, Had great accommodations before and after the hike and our time on the mountain was unforgettable. We had extensive packing lists and the ability to rent almost anything. The Safari was amazing and informative with guides that knew every nook and cranny of the parks and had so much knowledge to give. We sprung for the tent lodges - Recommended! Food was great, Always informed by the guides and saw everything I could have hoped for. We were always taken care of, All questions answered, Very well informed before and during the trip. With our little bit of down time the staff at Villa Poa - Greg's Villa, were so nice and accommodating with suggestions for places to eat dinner and assistance with transportation. The villa was wonderful, Drinks and bar at the villa were much appreciated after a long week. Recommend Greg Adventures for both trips!

We did a 7 day trek of Mt. Kilimanjaro followed by a 5 day/4 night safari around the Serengeti. Greg took care of everything for us including lodging, food, and transportation which made the trip run smoothly for a group of 12 people. During the trek Abdi, Mwini, and team were extremely supportive and fun. I highly suggest you use this crew to get to the top of Kilimanjaro. Juma and David were our safari guides. They were extremely friendly and passionate on making sure we got to see all the animals up close. I highly recommend Greg Adventures for your trekking and safari.

Selected a private budget tour with Greg Adventures for me and my wife. We are seasoned safaris travelers and do at least 2 safari's a year in Southern Africa. Had a wonderful experience in the parks and saw amazing sightings, the Serengeti is an amazing place with the vast open plains which allows for great sightings especially for the cats. Anwar our guide was knowledgeable and made the experience a great one with some perfect alone sightings. Raymond was a great cook and companion and his cooking skills in the bush with limited resources is amazing. Put on a few kilos and there is so much variety of food at every meal. The vehicle was a little on the old side with limited air conditioning. The tents and stretcher were comfortable and despite the heavy downpours at time, kept us warm and dry. There is a tremendous amount of driving as the distances between the parks are far and the roads as one would expect in the wild are very bumpy and dusty. The ablutions in the parks were of a good standard and Tanzania Parks must be completed. I could imagine it gets very busy in the high season. The picnic sight toilets where the best on the trip. Our visit to Lake Eyasi was a little disappointing as the camp sight was not great. The experience with the bushmen was interesting. In retrospect could have missed this and spent another day in the Serengeti or visited Lake Manyara.

This was one of the best holidays of my life. By chance, we decided on this trip and experienced unforgettable days with the help of Aida and Greg Adventures. The first part was a safari (Tangiere National Park , Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater). In total there were four of us in the car plus Anwar, our guide. With our new friends from Chile (we met at the start of the safari) and Anwar, we experienced the perfect days. Not only did we have an incredible amount of fun, we are all very experienced in travel and had many questions accordingly. With Anwar we were lucky enough that he is probably the best-connected guide who knows every trick and every person in Tanzania;) So we learned a lot about the country and the Maasai culture, saw everything from the Big 5, to zebras, giraffes, the Big Migration to African wild dogs, as well as overwhelming landscapes and natural spectacles. The days were super coordinated so you got something new every day... and ended up in Ngorongoro Crater. And what you can see in the crater is indescribable!! We were there at the end of the rainy season, which means that everything was very green and the lake very big. How on such a small area the entire wildlife lives together peacefully and beautifully, you have to see!! We spent the days in Tanzania with a tour to coffee plantations and through small villages around Arusha and then flew to Zanzibar for 3 days of stand-alone vacation. Thank you all, Aida, Greg, Anwar, the team at the hostel in Arusha (who took very, very sweet care of us) for this unforgettable trip!!

My girlfriend and I did a 6 day 5 night safari with Greg adventures January 2020. We had an amazing time getting to see all the big 5 as well as other hard to see animals such as the caracal. Our guide, Anwar, was fantastic and very knowledgeable making it even more enjoyable. Raymond, our cook, also made us huge delicious meals to keep everyone going. Greg adventures also made it easy to slightly change our itinerary so that we had one night in a tented lodge which was very beautiful as well as going to Lake enyasi and going on an early morning bush hunt with the Hatsebe tribe which was one of our personal favorites. All in all would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go on a affordable safari.

All great. The communication with Greg Safari perfect, without scares and with a perfectly defined itinerary. Tortilis tented camps the best of the best, as did Wilson, our driver, who did a magnificent job and above all in Spanish. Worst part of the trip without a doubt Villa Poa, a hotel that does not go by hostel in an area where there is nothing at all. Well below Tortilis level. Be that as a great travel experience. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing 5 day safari with Suleiman and Paul as our guides and chef. Both were very kind and friendly, with great knowledge of the animals and culture. They had a lot of patience to answer our questions and to support our frequent requests to stop and wait for us to take another photo ... Suleiman always were interested looking for the animals we wanted to see. ! It was really fantastic! ! food was lovely. Thanks to Greg for his help and organisation and makes it easy.
